  • Liposuction is recommended for people who have unwanted fat that cannot be eliminated by regular exercise and diet control. Liposuction is also called liposculpture. It aims to reshape a body for a more desirable and shapely configuration.

  • How long should I stay in Thailand for liposuction?

  • A patient should stay in Thailand at least 10 days to complete a whole process. On a arrival day in Thailand, a patient should stay in a hotel to relax from a long flight and have a surgery on the following day. Normally, liposculpture in Thailand will require 1 night stay in the hospital per one area. Post operative check up and stitches removal will be done 7 days after the surgery.

  • How is surgery performed?

  • Liposuction in Thailand is highly accepted as a safe and effective surgical procedure to remove deposit fat from specific areas such as abdomen, waist, love handles, and thighs. Our surgeons daily perform liposuction, hence they all are highly experienced and skillful. Liposuction will be done under General Anesthesia and takes about 1-2 hours. Fat-dissolving medication is injected into the target area. Then, the dissolved fat at the target area is suctioned off by a vacuum pump or a large syringe.   • After liposuction, a patient is required to wrap the treated area with a compression bandage for a few weeks to firm muscles and reduce swelling. The swelling will gradually subside in one month and is expected to disappear within 3-6 months. The patient should avoid strenuous activities for about 1 month.

  • Liposuction will leave a small scar, Approximately 1-2 cm. The location of the scar depends on the area of liposuction performed.
